"Genuine leather" bag was coated plastic, no refund

StyleHaus listed a weekender bag as "100% full-grain genuine leather." What arrived was a plastic-coated fabric that was already peeling at the seams. I asked to return it and was told the item was final sale and no refund would be issued.
