I cancelled my Acme Streaming plan on the 1st and was still charged $19 on the 12th. The cancel flow showed a confirmation screen and I have the email, but the charge hit my card anyway and support has not reversed it.

Same thing happened to me. Cancelled in March, charged again in April.
